Hours of Operation:
We are open and available to assist you Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm and Saturday 8am – Noon Eastern Time. We are closed for most major U.S. holidays. You may also feel free to leave a message at our toll free number or send us an email 24 hours a day.
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal as methods of payment. We also accept personal checks with your driver’s license number and phone number. If you would like to order something, but prefer to send a check, please call us toll free at 1-888-530-4554 during regular business hours and speak to Bob or Jeremy.
Shipping Information:
We ship daily and offer a variety of shipping options for our customer. We also offer same day shipping on most products if ordered before 3pm Eastern Time.
We currently offer the following methods of shipment: FedEx Ground, FedEx Overnight (Priority or Standard), FedEx 2nd Day, FedEx Express Saver (3 days). There is an additional fee for C.O.D. shipments.
Truck Freight: Parts that are too big for FedEx will be sent via R&L Carriers. You may choose to put the freight charges on your credit card or we can send the shipment freight collect. If you choose to have a shipment sent freight collect, you must call us before ordering.
Shipping Charges on our site are for the Continental United States only. If you reside in Hawaii, Alaska or a foreign country, the shipping charges you receive at the time of order will not be accurate. Please call us at toll free 1-888-530-4554 for an accurate shipping quote. We will contact anyone outside of the Continental U.S. that places an order online, giving you the correct shipping..
Damaged Shipment:
We do everything in our power to ensure that your package arrives to you safely and in tact. If your package should come damaged, please put it back in the original packaging and call us immediately. We must file a damage claim within 12 days of sending out the order or the shipping company will not accept it.
As soon as you contact us regarding a damaged or lost item, we will contact FedEx and file a damage claim. FedEx will return to your location within 24-48 hours and pick up the package. Please make sure the package is ready for pickup. Please make sure to contact us, and not FedEx on a damaged item. As soon as we receive the item back from FedEx, we will send you out a replacement if available. If you need your parts right away, please call us and we will work with you.
Note that we are not responsible for packages stolen if you do not request a signature required when FedEx delivers your merchandise.
Receipt of Order:
Please inspect your order carefully upon receiving it. If there is a problem, please contact us within 48 hours if possible. This makes it much easier to ensure we can take care of your problem in a timely manner. Discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
Returns:
If you need to return a part for any reason, please call us at toll free 1-888-530-4554 before returning the item. A copy of your invoice included in the box along with a note as to why you are returning it is very helpful when we receive it back.
We will issue a call tag if there is a mistake on our end or if the part is defective. Otherwise, the customer will need to pay the freight charges back to us and insure the package if the item is valued at over $100.00. We are not responsible for merchandise valued over $100 that is returned and is lost or damaged by the shipping company if the customer has not put insurance on the package.
All returns need to be made within 30 days to ensure a proper refund. This excludes items that become defective during their warranty.
Core Charges:
If you are charged a core charge up front: The customer has 30 days to return the core to us to receive the core refund. Special arrangements can be made if necessary. Contact us if you need to make different arrangements.
If you are not charged a core charge when paying for your order: The customer must return the core to us within 15 days of receiving the new product. If the core is not returned, the customer understands they are responsible for paying the core charge.
Cores may be sent to us via US Mail, UPS, or FedEx. You may also drop your core off at our location in Owosso, Michigan during regular business hours. Customer assumes shipping charges of cores unless a call tag is included in the paperwork.
Core charges will be refunded once the core has been received and inspected to make sure it meets the requirements stated on our website or over the phone. If you have any questions about your core being acceptable, please call us before ordering the replacement part.
Warranty:
Most new parts come with a one-year warranty unless stated otherwise, depending the type of part that it is. Used parts carry a 30-day warranty unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to inspect the product before granting warranty credit. Whenever possible, we will ship the customer a replacement.
